Salad -Arugula, avocado, Bermuda onion, carrot & citrus segments tossed in a creamy shallot dressing

Oysters- on the half shell, finished with lemon & parsley

Platter for two- Port wine marinated figs, brie cheese, sweet roasted garlic & toasted pitas

Pasta & wine for 2 – Chicken, roasted peppers, leeks & baby spinach fettuccini in a rustic basil tomato sauce. With your choice of wine

Surf & Turf – 6 oz. beef tenderloin, smothered in garlic butter and topped with black tiger shrimp

Mahi- Mahi – Pan seared & garnished with a fresh cilantro salsa. Served over a lemon herbed basmati rice

Vegetarian Stir fry – Carrots & a blend of local peppers with bean sprouts in a sweet & sour ginger reduction on rice noodles
