Meet Chef Steven Higgins

Executive Chef Steven Higgins was lured into the world of Culinary Arts at a young age. His love for cooking for his family and friends began a long journey which has culminated at the Braywick Bistro. Steven studied Culinary Management at Fanshawe College, where he was able to further enhance his skills, and was recognized for having a great palate. His knowledge of Fusion Cooking allows him to concoct a diverse menu, which will please any taste bud.

Steven’s cooking experiences have taken him to some of the finest restaurants in Ontario, cooking under some of the most well-established Executive Chef’s. Steven has cooked for local Politicians, Professional Athletes, and catered for the Canadian LPGA Tour.

Monday 11 – 2 pm
Tues 11 – 2 pm
Wed – Friday 11 – 2 pm & 5 – 8 pm
Saturday 5 – 9 pm
